AnaMaria is an entrepreneur with over 15 years of management and consulting experience. She has held top management positions in companies across several industries in the U.S. and Latin America and was a consultant with McKinsey & Co where she advised leading companies across industries in the fields of strategy, marketing and organizational issues. She is President of Strategium, LLC, an investment and management consulting firm and has co-founded several companies in which she has hold management positions such as Novus, LLC, a leading Medical Tourism Company, The Strategy Learning Center, a leading strategy training company, where she trained Fortune 500 clients and conducted research published by Harvard Business Review and Revista Dinero and Rio Grande Investment Partners, a Private Investment Fund with interests in Technology companies. She is a Visiting Professor at Pontificia Universidad Javeriana since 2003, where she teaches the Leadership course to MBA students, Marketing Strategy and Brand Strategy courses in the Specialization in Marketing Program. AnaMaria earned a BS in Industrial Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana and an MBA from Harvard Business School. She has served as VP of Careers serving at the Harvard Business School Club of South Florida Board of Directors, and Board Director at Rio Grande Investment Partners. AnaMaria lives in Miami, FL.

JULIANA OROZCO
Director of Green Operations

Juliana is a Certified Green Consultant and has been an environmental analyst and advisor to Strategium, LLC on projects related to environment management, green initiatives and sustainability.  She has been an environmental analyst for the Valle State Government Secretary in Colombia where she participated on environmental policy meetings at State level presenting ideas and recommendations, prepared projects to be presented to the State House to enhance and protect environmental assets of the nation and supported State Agricultural Secretary on additional analysis that was required.  Juliana holds a BS in Business Administration of the Environment and Natural Resources from Universidad Autónoma de Occidente, Colombia and is a Certified Green Consultant by the Green Business League. Juliana lives in Naples, FL.

ITZA MANUELA ACOSTA

Itza Manuela has over 7 years of management and consulting experience. Her areas of expertise include strategic and business planning, definition of commercial and marketing strategies and incubation of new businesses. As a business consultant she has advised clients in the medical, food, retail, manufacturing, staffing and hotel industry.  Itza Manuela earned a BS in Industrial Engineering and has Master in Marketing from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana.  She lives in London, ON

Gloria Inés has over 10 years of management and consulting experience. Her expertise is very strong in the areas of Corporate Social Responsibility, human resource Management, training and social work. Gloria Ines has been a contractor for CVC, the Environmental Agency for the Government of Valle del Cauca in the areas of biodiversity and environmental issues; she has also held several management positions across different industries in Colombia. Gloria Inés has been a Professor at Universidad Autonoma de Occidente, Universidad del Valle and Universidad Catolica Lumen Gentium where she teaches Corporate Social Responsibility, Ethics, Social Work and Social Management. She holds a BS in Social Work from Universidad del Valle and an MBA from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana. Gloria is the President and Executive Director of the Association of Social Workers of the State of Valle del Cauca – ATSOVALLE and has also been its Vice President. She lives in Cali, Colombia.
